Classes you can still sign up for:
Patchwork Quilting - Quilt away your Spring making a project from “Last Minute Patchwork and Quilted Gifts”. This book offers a wide range of projects including a simple quilt, pin cushion and puzzle ball. All make great gifts for adult and child. New and intermediate sewers welcome. You pick your project and the level of challenge you’re looking for. Book available at Stitch House, materials need to be purchased prior to first class. Starting Thursday, May 14th from 6-8pm for 4 weeks ($75). Join Moo for weeks of quilting fun!
Alterations - Do you have a closet full of “off the rack” clothes that need to be hemmed or a pair of favorite pants that need a zipper replaced? Bring your jeans, jackets, dresses and skirts and learn to do your own alterations. You will also learn to do perfect hand and machine stitches on your delicate fabrics. Some sewing experience is necessary. This one-day workshop is offered Saturday May 16 and 30 from 1-4pm ($25). Natalie has rave reviews from this one-day workshop - spend an afternoon learning how to do it yourself.
I hope to talk soon!
