| Description:
If you have no knitting experience, or have tried a few times but quit because that scarf was just taking too long and you got bored,
then this is the class for you! This class will teach you the basics you need to be able to fearlessly approach a new project.
Want to make heartfelt holiday gifts? New baby in the family? Stitch House staff has gathered a few suggested starter projects for
this class – but bring your own if you have one waiting. |
| Instructor:
Katie Rose has been knitting since childhood, and has a special fondness for fun, quirky projects and folk designs.
Katie spent last year in Moscow, Russia, where, despite the long nights and cold weather, knitting is sadly unpopular.
To make up for it, she’s been trying to show people she meets that knitting is fun and cool, and finds any excuse to teach
the craft to others. |
| Specifics:
Class meets for four consecutive Saturday mornings (sign-up is ongoing – just call!) from 11-1. The class cost of $75, not
inclusive of materials, is due at time of registration. Required project tools (yarn, needles, stitch markers and patterns) can be
purchased during the first class session with the assistance of the instructor. |
| All
Classes: If you are registered for a class at Stitch House
you’ll receive a 10% discount on your yarn purchases on the
same day you register and during the class session. |
| Maximum

Refunds will only be made in this circumstance. Any class cancellations
will be made at least 1 week before the start of the class. If an
individual class session needs to be cancelled, each participant
will be notified immediately. In a single session cancellation,
