Fixing Mistakes and Seaming in Knitting

Mistakes are inevitable but don’t let them undo you! Join us for the two-hour class and learn to fix your knitting errors. We will cover reading your knitting, tools that will be useful, laddering down to fix a stitch, unknitting (tinking), ripping out rows, picking up a dropped edge stitch and seaming. Please bring to class 2 small swatches (cast on 30 stitches, knit for 20 rows), cast off one of the swatches and do not cast off the other swatch; knit with plain light colored worsted weight yarn, on US size 7-9 needles. If you have them, please bring locking stitch markers, a crochet hook and a tapestry needle.
